Thanks to @fricklerhandwerk for this suggestion. The default value of pkgs might change too based on feedback from @fricklerhandwerk in https://discourse.nixos.org/t/shellify-tool-for-shell-nix-generation/33935. I'll wait to see where the conversation goes before raising another PR.
