Playback still changed for users that already left

Syncify changes the songs for users that aren't even on the site anymore.

Possible fixes:

• Change song for device_id (easy)
• Track user online status (hard)

Option 1 works but Spotify will return the following error:

Could not play song "spotify:track:6s4vQAB4KDr54flyIuJWI7" with Spotify API
STATUS: 404
MESSAGE: Device not found
REASON: undefined

I'm fine with that for now, we wanna use client side track changing with websocket events later on anyway.
