Summary

This is a collection of PRs and commits to create our new website. Noticable changes:

• Use Next13 app router
• Use tailwind instead of MUI
• Use typescript
• Add loading animations for a more intuitive experience
• Improve general styling / layout
• Improve page loading speed
• Improve navbar
