Master List of checkpoints for the year #18

We usually have a list that contains all the checkpoints used in that particular year that shows: checkpoint number, grid ref, description, score and which section(s) it's used.

Need a method of doing this.

954d89bef383758dd7451b3dd3bd1b6e56c320ef Adds a quick master list. It would be good if this could be updated to include the section (5hr, 8hr or both) and the score.

Note: the score could differ between sections.
