[Enhancement] redirect api request without parameter to index page #6

just a minor enhancement request.

if user hit http://btapi-shadowys.ngapp.io/api without params, maybe you can redirect to the index page instead: http://btapi-shadowys.ngapp.io

both $/api and $/api/category will now redirect to the home page if no params is provided
