Redesign icon for Oreo PWA #43

Android Oreo has decided to force the use of round icons for PWAs 😠

Change the icon generator to create round images while making sure the bottom-right of the circle doesn't have any important pixels (it'll get overwritten by the Chrome logo)

I'm thinking centred text for the first two lines, then the train on the bottom-left. White rail can go all the way across.

@benfoxall since I raised this one and a half years ago 😱 I thought I'd go about fixing this. I got myself an Android phone a couple of months back and, for me, when I pin an icon to the home screen it's square (instead of fitting it to a white circle), but puts the Chrome icon in the bottom-right of the screen (as per your screenshots). I've rearranged the icon so that the train logo is at the bottom, with the text on the first and second rows. Hopefully it should look better on your phone too!
