Error on setup.py install #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout latest SVN
2. ./setup.py build
3. ./setup.py install

What is the expected output? 
----------------------------

Expected output is clean install.

What do you see instead?

Got the same Error on raspbian using Python 3.2.3
