Create Scatter Map of the Devices

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add a new map for showing (approximate) device locations.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Update data loading methods: build_device_id_fetch_url() in URLBuilder for loading device locations too.
• New class in plotting.py for creating a scatter map with plolty, mark active vs inactive devices.
• Create the new component and callbacks as seen for other plots in components.py
• Add the new component in app.py under the Week in Numbers section.
