API key request page in french (and beautified) #25

French people are very poor english readers (and speakers too !). For API key request page, would it be possible to send you an HTML page in order to replace your callback.html page which does the translation (and beautify a bit) for french users ? I would like to test it but SoundCloud aren’t currently accepting new developer signups.

Sorry for the (very) late reply. Of course you can always create a pull request with changes to strings.txt and a translated settings page.
