Tail Codes are working now. #21

The 24bits are Tail Codes are working now,

It still needs some work to polish up the error codes, and copy and paste for the tails.

We can push and pull for now as i will leave it as file name _tail until clean.

No Breaking

Extra Comments need adding for Tail Code

Great! This does seem like a really useful feature.

I played around a little bit today and I think I get what you mean about the bit areas...was able to derive a few small variations of some long fade codes.
