Reorganizing documentation in code. A lot of @inheritParams to automatically copy parameter documentation from csranks to other functions' doc. With @describeIns documentation of csranks, csranks_simul and csranks_marg resides in single doc page; similarly for csranks_multinom*.
Some general doc improvements. Largest ones are descriptions of stepdown and multcorr, with elaboration in Details sections. Please, take a look at them and check, whether they are correct.
