Following discussion in #19, this branch includes the required updates for the new ICD. The galmon-osnma tool is working perfectly with an off-the-air signal. The osnma-longan-nano demo is showing erratic behaviour. Sometimes it manages to authenticate all the data, and sometimes it doesn't. More debugging would be needed to fix this demod. I am going to merge and release as is, because in the short time I'm not going to fix the problems with the longan-nano demo.
