check out failed from googlecode #519

  every time when i checkout from googlecode, it come to an error (Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://duilib.googlecode.com/svn' and E720087: Error running context: incorrect param.) 

os version: win7 sp1 x64
tortoise svn version: 1.8.0 64 bit
