PyTorch 1.0 support? #36

Hi guys! Does your project supports PyTorch 1.0? I've tried to install it with PT 1.0 but obtained following error message:

This error is likely due to an non-matching gcc/cuda version. Here is a guide regarding the supported versions. Here is a post on a very similar issue.

I am able to compile it with Pytorch 1.0 but the code fails to pass the tests. I am getting out of bound access errors in CUDA. I will let you know if I find a solution.

Latest release (1.1.3) works ok for me with torch 1.1.0 and CUDA 10.0 on ubuntu 16.04.
