Exporting branches to gitHub #55

Hi

I have successfully exported the master from google code to my new account on 
github.
but what about the branches?
I have some branches on google code which are not merged to the trunk, and will 
not be, so i need them as well on gitHub (together with their history).
How can i do that?

Could you point me to a Google Code repository that is specifically impacted by 
this? Git and Mercurial based projects should just work, however the SVN-to-Git 
conversion might not be aware of all of the intricacies of SVN.
