Missing GetNextElement(pos) in Dictionary #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I need list of keys from Dictionary object (CPDF_Dictionary)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Listing all keys from Dictionary

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using master branch from commit 44fc192f29a77c5864fabffe5ab63937dacdfd21

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, can you delete it? I just now found out, that method 
GetNextElement(FX_POSITION& pos, CFX_ByteString& key) actually returns key, not 
require key to find next value.
