Move the project to github and enable the ability to fork and submit pull
requests when needed.

You can import the SVN repo in one click (info:
http://help.github.com/svn-importing/)

You can transfer all the tickets to github via a perl script (info:
http://groups.google.com/group/github/browse_thread/thread/a7a3766292cc299f?fwc=
2)

You can setup pages for the project with relative ease (info:
http://pages.github.com/)

I'd happy to see webgrind move to github since the development will get more
social and the whole thing can reach new heights.

We've been considering this for some time and agreed to do this. We hope this
will help webgrind development in the future
