Manual stream execution trigger. #78

It would be useful to have some sort of manual trigger to execute a stream, or 
a set of streams.  For example, a "play" icon next to the stream in the stream 
list.

It might function in a similar fashion to the "Start Tx" button under 
statistics, where you would first select the column for the port under 
statistics, and then click the play button next to the stream one or more 
times, which would execute that particular stream once per click and then stop.

If some level of hierarchy (e.g. nested containers, or just a top-level 
grouping) were to exist for viewing streams in the future, then you might also 
have a play button covering all streams within that grouping.
