It would be nice to modernize the appearance of headers and checkboxes. I already have the following developments:

@danilshvalov were you able to have checkboxes working for headings?

I posted an issue in https://github.com/nvim-orgmode/org-bullets.nvim/issues/40#issue-2453853970 with what I'm hoping to achieve, but perhaps it's not within the scope of org-bullets.
