Updating notecards #3

In the future, we will have many updated entries for professors (i.e. a new notecard per updated year). Do we want to keep this data forever? a limited time (e.g. a year)? Do we want to notify a professor when their information is removed due to being antiquated?

I am leaning towards a refresh at the calendar new year every year and professors are notified if they do not have an updated notecard.
