Added rubber band (drag) selection and ctrl+a selection. They both only select top level elements. This is because if you also select child elements and then move the selection, the children are also moved inside their parents. This is ugly behaviour and is therefore turned off (but can be very easily changed). Implemented as of dcc25b22851158d98e48d98bc946bcbecd22fc49.
