I previously requested help with problems loading the plugin after upgrading to QGIS 3.2.1, but have since confirmed the problem was due to faulty installation of Pysal. Again, thank you for making this plugin available.

Thank you for your interest! I have not tested the plugin on QGIS 3.2 yet. Can you confirm that is working correctly also there?

The dependencies installation procedure for QGIS3 is now available on the dedicated branch (https://github.com/danioxoli/HotSpotAnalysis_Plugin/tree/qgis3).

The currently published plugin has an issue with the icon. I fixed that on the dev version.
