Are there any way to install and run this pluggin on QGIS >= 3.22 running on Windows 10 or 11?

Hello! Did the procedure explained in the readme fail?

I've runned it on 3.22 using that pattern but never tested on higher versions so far.

I can confirm that the procedure described in the readme posted 2 week ago is working with QGIS > 3.22. My version now is 3.30.0.
