Games won't rip on vWii #576

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go into WiiFlow via forwarder
2.Go to Install Game, select USB1, and then start installing
3.Downloads game to 99% then either code dumps or freezes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to finish downloading. It doesn't download.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.2.1 -r441 on vWii

Please provide any additional information below.

FIXED: Just reload cache. It still crashes, but it still installs.
