Nimbus stuck in loading cycle #40

When nimbus starts up, it never displays anything. It gets stuck with a spinning loading circle on the front, and that's it. I've left it for 2 hours and came back and it was still like this, and my internet had no connectivity issues. This was right after the new update and restarting my computer. I can try running it through terminal and edit this comment with the output later.

@rugglcon are you on elementary OS Loki? That terminal output also could help debug, if you're still seeing this.

@cassidyjames yep, I can post the terminal output either tonight or tomorrow.

So with the most recent update, now it periodically prints (com.github.danrabbit.nimbus:10564): GWeather-WARNING **: Failed to get IWIN forecast data: 403 Forbidden but it still got the current weather so I'm not sure if there's a problem.
