QT should be able to provide a suitable cross platform GUI

QT editor up and running nicely. Features:

Sections, properties, test scenario configuration, dragging, rotation, insertion, deletion, recursive deletion, replacing, cut/paste, section images.

Probably time to remove the old editor.
