When parts of the ship are destroyed the ship moves faster, but if all the weapons are destroyed you sometimes end up with a much reduced ship belting around the place. Should compensate for this in SimpleAI, with higher order seeking behaviour and reflection of self to allow for loss of weaponry to be detected
