Ok what is needed

First qutoes are deleting on the refresh And second issue is you can't delete of other user qutoes.. only when you post then you can delete your qutoes and this functionality work on without login...

But i don't think there is any login functionality written to address this issue and secondly for deleting the quotes written by a certain user we need to change the login when creating a post itself that is also not written anywhere so would you like me to work on those first before moving for deletion part ??
