What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i check off NY Times
2.enter my log in and PW for my subscription
3. try to open puzzle and get error - cannot download
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect (as promised) to get to download my NY puzzles
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.9 shortyz on brand new nexus 7
