Make the site mobile ready #106

Right now we assume the site is mobile-ready. Need extensive test.

This is the umbrella issue. Some small issues:
* remove the hamburger button and try to fit all the buttons above the fold

Steps:
1) look at Google Analytics and see if mobile is a big demand.
2) if it is, need to do the design first. then make decisions on whether to go 
with mobile app or just mobile-web.
3) need to test and see where the issues are.
4) fix the issues accordingly.

For v2.0, we need to support iPad, but not iPhone/Android

First big problem: do not show modal forms in mobile devices. Otherwise people 
cannot even login.
