The purpose is to make it more explicit to users that you need to click 
"Review" and answer a quiz in order to earn points.

The ideas is to give users a prompt when they scroll down X pixels in iframe, 
or scroll down to the bottom of the iframe page.

Now the site navbar is removed so that iframe window looks quite clean. It's 
easy for users to see the "Review" button. No need to do this, I guess.
