Inconsistent behavior after user review on "View" tab #173

There are 2 behavior types after user review an item on the "View" tab:
1. Hide the just reviewed item.
2. Keep showing the just reviewed item with an icon indicating it was reviewed.

Right now we use #2.

However, if a user just finished reviewing the last sponsor of that item, the 
item will drop down to the end of the list because it's not funded anymore. 
This is inconsistent to #2.

Currently we don't know what's the best fix for it.
