[Suggestion] Add an option to only allow a player with permission to restore inventories if they're in the same world #9

While restoring, I'd like it to only allow them to restore inventories from the world they're in. So if I'm in the world "survival", I cannot restore inventories from the world "creative". This could perhaps be a permission.
