design and print shroud for cpu power cables #23

we need a shroud emerging from the top central right mobo platter hole, containing the two 4-pin CPU power cables, the two 2-wire temperature sensors, and the two 4-pin fan controls.

we ought be able to use bigcpu.scad as a base.

alright, i've got a model suitable for the Saturn, and will give printing a go later today.
