blue-restricted argb control for codi6 + flt240 #5

right now, we're pushing the default "simple_rainbow" CODI6 example out to Quantum Kinetic FLT 240. i want something simpler, maybe even static. it ought be light blue (almost cyan) to maximally highlight the green coolant. update the CODI6 code.
