make component mounts discrete from croom

rather than building the mounts into the croom proper, we ought just leave screw holes there. that way, you can attach the discrete mounts to the IC outside the box easily, and have them secure, and then drop the entire structure into the croom, feeling around until the bolts hit the holes. it also reduces material for the croom print and doesn't fault out the croom if one of the mounts breaks off.

also regarding the croom:

• restore symmetry to top corners (one's wonky currently)
• cut the motor mount higher
• bring the bottom out to reduce the overhang
