collapsing adapter with '-' hides all adapters #105

I pressed '-' to collapse an adapter on 1.2.18, and they were all hidden. Thankfully, '+' brought them all back. Get this straightened out.

This works now -- needed to move the skip from print_adapter_devs() to print_dev(), pretty obvious fix. present in 1.2.21.
