growlight-readline eating input #149

I just loaded up growlight-readline for the first time in a minute, and it's effectively unusable. Many/most keystrokes are consumed without echo or other effect. Not sure if this is a problem with upstream Notcurses or inside growlight-readline, but it needs get fixed ASAP.

this is a notcurses problem, argh. let's get it fixed there.

This will be fixed with Notcurses 2.4.4.

yep, confirmed the fix

pulled all our readline gates, and now require notcurses 2.4.4
