virtual adapter box misplaces output in notcurses #71

When I run the notcurses UI, I see some breakage in the "virtual" adapter when moving around within it. It looks correct when it's not selected. The problem seems to center around the 'pktdvd' device, which is 1 line instead of the typical 3.
