Cruft sometimes left on the screen when scrolling #73

See #72, where I dealt with part of this problem. When scrolling through a full panelreel, we sometimes leave cruft on the screen, as seen here.

I believe this to be fixed in the upcoming notcurses 1.6.1. Rebuilding growlight against 1.6.1 shows no indication of its existence. I think we're good!
