Add menu covering most available commands #78

Our help display bows with the weight of its many entries. Move most of these out of toplevel keypress assignments, and instead make them options in an intelligently hiding menu via notcurses.

We need https://github.com/dankamongmen/notcurses/issues/1057 resolved to really do this right.

We're now drawing the menu, though we can't yet open it aside from using the mouse, and we can't yet select items, and the menu is missing a bunch of items, lol. Keep plugging at it.

Everything is now hooked up, and we just need finish adding items. Great progress!
