use existing palette to color notcurses-info gradient #2568

rather than encoding an explicit gradient into notcurses-info, we ought use elements from the existing palette. this will make it friendlier to the kids in r/unixporn, i imagine.

done! if the palette can't be detected, the background will be black throughout. confirmed that st 0.8.4 has a black background, while st 0.8.5 does not.
