Hey @dankamongmen

I hope you are doing well. Long time no read....

I've been missing that little ucurl+ since quite some time on the notcurses-info output. I was super confused as Smulx is properly advertised in terminfo. I found out that you only seem to explicitly enable that if you already know what TE you're running in. So this patch applies it 1:1 like it's done on other TEs.

If that's not the best way, please shoot me some feedback. :)
