Debian doc base refers to files by wrong path #19

We're getting the following lintian errors with 0.9.99~pre, debcompat 11:

E: omphalos: doc-base-file-references-missing-file omphalos:8 /usr/share/doc/omphalos/omphalos-ncurses.xhtml.gz
E: omphalos: doc-base-file-references-missing-file omphalos:9 /usr/share/doc/omphalos/*.xhtml.gz

Not sure what purpose this ever intended to serve. I've killed the doc file for now.
