Include demo program #24

Include an outcurses demo program. It ought be informative and illustrative. At a minimum, it should probably display the full palette, various drawing characters, and then do a fade+restore :).

Need to make sure this is getting installed; it's not as of 0.0.4.

We install the outcurses-demo binary, which is growing cooler by the day.
