Did not read the full details in the link, but maybe the R package; seacarb: seawater carbonate chemistry with R maybe useful

I think library(seacarb) covers the need well, so I'm closing this issue.

I agree. There is also a newer package "AquaEnv" that extends seacarb further, allowing calculations across a wider range of salinity.
