ctd2ncdf() should save flag-scheme (if known) #11

It can go in the global-attributes, along with similar things. Of course, I'll make ncdf2oce() translate it back, if found.

Done in "main" commit e4f62e6746c1828ecf85bdf58933a4a7e51315f4 but note that oce needs to be updated to at least "develop" commit fa2b0c19bbc737015cf929d727ebe34f88084f9c for this to work, as as.ctd() needed a change. (This ocencdf work is yielding lots of nice improvements to oce.)
