figure out how to get data on ge requirements, and decide how the algo will decide which courses to pick/certain pathways.

have dropdown for now to pick either csu or uc transfer

we need to extract pdf requirements for GEs, with uc/csu transfers we can use pdfs from assist.org

we could not get requirements, in correct format from de anza. we will change model to get highest rating professor
