Modify the script to handle the new Windows Moonshots from MDC2 #69

At the moment a new pool of ~30 machines has been introduced to the pool (23 machines successfully re-imaged and new machines are on their way)

The check for the "Power down MDC2 machines" has been removed in the PR #71 by zfay, we need that removed since all of the workers from MDC2 will get up and running. We are currently experience some PXE continuous booting with the rest of the machines

This was fixed long time ago, but forgot to close the issue.
