v7 Support #53

This library has worked really well for us generating deterministic (v5) UUIDs. We also would benefit from using the new v7 UUIDs and would prefer to centralize UUID support in clj-uuid. Is there any plan to add support for UUID Version 7?

Yes, all of the tools to implement these should be in place. I’ll take a look
